Many speculated on how mum the two have been since tying the knot but judging by the immense work Rita was putting in to her latest album, there is no question to what the power couple have been up to! 

Rita has expressed her frustration with album creation recently inking a deal allowing her creative control. ‘You & I’ was not about creating chart stoppers but creating a project from the heart. Authentic emotion outlining her love, devotion & heartache through heart stopping moments in life. An authentic ode to her reality of a beautiful young lady learning to humbly step into womanhood with grace and beauty. No longer chasing but receiving all the abundance life has to offer.  

 Rita is not only a singer, songwriter & producer but she is also an aspiring actress. Starring in several movies to date Rita’s latest role is in the fantasy film ‘ WONDERWALL ‘ acting  alongside Carrie Fisher. The June 2023 release is a fantastical tale of a 12 year old girl caught between two worlds. Rita Ora’s has proven she is a force to be reckoned with. I am sure she is not stopping anytime soon. Proving she has had all the ingredients to create a life she is surely proud of. 

No doubt ‘ You & I ‘ has become a chart stopper nonetheless. Re Rubbing Fatboy Slims ‘ Praise You ‘ Reinventing the track now titled  ‘ Praising You’ has reached #1 on American Dance charts catapulting her new album ‘ You and I ‘ to the forefront of summer releases. This is Ritas  moment.  Marrying a filmmaker is just the set up audiences needed to have a birds-eye view of her special day. Why not save it for the music video. No acting here. Rita is truly in love and we are happy to see it. Recently posing in Aussie Vogue with her new husband is all the power couple vibes we need! Congratulations Mrs. in order. Rita is IN FACT taking over the world and we are absolutely here for it!

Artists & Leading Industry Figures Came Together at the GRM Gala

on the 6th of August to Celebrate Black Excellence in UK Music and Entertainment

 

The illustrious event entertained the likes of Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Stormzy, Kojey Radical, Tion Wayne, Krept & Konan, Amelia Dimodenburg, Wretch 32, ZeZe Millz, Snoochie Shy, Giggs, Ghetts, Michael Dappah, Anthony Yarde, Knucks, K-Trap, Avelino, Michali Antonio, Miraa May and Ms Banks

Monday 7th August, London, UK: Last night, artists, entrepreneurs and key industry figures came together at the GRM Gala in London to celebrate black excellence in the UK entertainment and music industry.

 

 

GRM Daily hosted the annual Pre-Rated Awards Gala at central London’s highest public garden and iconic landmark skyscraper, Sky Garden. Set within the lavish surroundings and backdropped with views across the whole of the London skyline, the illustrious and highly anticipated event was attended by a number of GRM’s extended family of influential artists including: Stormzy, Leigh-Anne Pinnock,Krept & Konan, Wretch 32,  Giggs, Ghetts, K-Trap, Kuncks, Tion Wayne, Ms Banks and Snoochie Shy to name a few. Also in attendance were cultural figures and industry friends: Amelia Dimodenburg, Michali Antonio and Antoney Yarde.

 

The illustrious red carpet featured some stellar ensembles from leading British designers and world-renowned fashion labels. Stormzy arrived in Givenchy, Dior and Christian Louboutin – one of the favourite brands of the night. Also in attendance was Krept in Louis Vuitton with Louboutin shoes and Konan in Hugo Boss, Leigh Anne Pinnock in full Saint Laurent, Avelino in Morelli, Amelia Dimoldenberg in De Le Vali, Kojey Radical in Maison Margiela, Wretch 32 in a bespoke tailored suit from Scabal at Saville Rowe, and Oloni stunned in A.T.K to create the Gala’s glitziest celebration yet, cementing its status on the fashion calendar and bringing the best in style, music and entertainment together 

 

Lead sponsor, fragrance brand Lynx collaborated with the GRM Gala for their annual star-studded event. Celebrity guests were immersed in an ultimate Lynx experience, including an interactive refresh and photography station to ensure they could revel in the moment. 

 

The GRM Gala, whose other official sponsors included Hennessy, Red Bull, Fireaway Pizza, Local Kettle Brothers and Severan, brought the best in style and opulence to the Sky Garden, creating an ambience befitting of the celebration and attendees.

 

The GRM Gala took place for the first time in 2020. Much like the GRM brand, the GRM Gala has upped the ante with each event and grown in size and prestige each year. The first three GRM Galas were held at One Marylebone, The V&A Museum and Kensington Palace respectively with guestlists including the likes of
