I can distinctly remember just getting off the road from a 21 hr road trip. I woke early (pre blogging years) to clean my pool when I stepped off the porch in my back yard in north Florida. My flip flop snapping a twig underfoot when I heard a deep grunt!!! When I looked to see what I heard I witnessed a 500+ LB HOGZILLA !!! The creature was hoofing through my neighbors yard in a blink of an eye. This pig was at least 5 ft in height. A giant white pig with black spots.... I was never more terrified. Glad I'm here to tell the story. HOGZILLA EXISTS!!! This EP is HOGZILLA! BellaBassFly
Within the vast plain of a once feral land glistened a metropolis of
undeniable beauty, a monument to those who had triumphed over what had
lain in this place before. Brightly as it shone however, the shadows
cast by its towering spires told a different story. The creation of such
beauty had been an ugly thing indeed, and still within its darkest
alleys there were those who remembered what had been and what they had
suffered. In secret they met, practitioners of the old ways who stood
determined to see the return of the land’s natural state. They had
watched the land carefully, seeing what others did not within each
passing day’s minute differences. Thus, when the day of their ascendancy
at last arrived, their ritual had already begun.
Those living at
the city’s outskirts reported it first, a low rumbling that began to
shake the heirlooms from their shelves. Quickly this turbulence began to
spread through the city, and by the time it had reached the center the
metropolis’ reckoning had arrived. A great beast had begun to smash its
way through the city’s outlying areas, trampling all in its path with
the unrestrained fury of the wilds. With singular intent in charged
headlong towards the city’s center, reducing shops and homes to rubble
without caution or care. Wrought from the flesh of one of the plain's
native creatures, the great beast had been brought forth by the
practitioners of the old ways to carry out their righteous vengeance.
Thus they cackled as the perpetrators of their subjugation feld beneath
its thunderous hooves whilst screaming out a single monstrous name,
HOGZILLA.
EATBRAIN veteran Mindscape returns to the label under
the newly revised moniker MNDSCP, continuing in the work of his original
alias under the novel title with his latest EP on the label. Following
the release of his three part Reanimator LP on the label in 2018, MNDSCP
now presents HOGZILLA as his latest body of work, setting the stage for
future releases under his new alias with four tracks powered by his
singularly tech focused sonics
"It’s not always what we achieve that defines us, rather it is why we
achieve such things that creates clarity in our existence." Powerful
words. Sometimes we as people see individuals by their most glamorous
moments and flattering attributes. We never really stop to ask
ourselves why some people are so driven. "It takes earthquakes to
create great mountains" Sometimes the greatest appreciation of life
comes from the loss of life around us. Some profound moments in ones
life path can truly alter the way a person perceives life permanently.
This is where conviction is born. Perseverance. Self. We all have
different journeys in life. We all have a deeper backstory than what
people see on the surface. The moments that changed us forever. Circumstance that will never be parallel to another. This is why it is so important to never make assumptions about people and their incredibly unique realities that create the individual. We are all so complex in our individual design.

Two Burton Team Riders, Liu Jiayu and Yuka Fujimori, talked to us about
their careers in snowboarding and having fun no matter what. Jiayu says,
“I enjoy snowboarding. It doesn’t matter if I’m doing competition,
training, riding with a friend… when I’m standing on a snowboard, I just
have a smile on my face the whole time.”
