In a lavish, rabbit hole with no rabbits, young, dumb dust-bunnies jump into traffic, casually gussied up and done feeling unsung and savage, punk, we have come for your cabbage, I’m bad news travel like a rat through your cabinets, spaz, 20 paw pads full of scabs, off in a false ad, fall plaid all dander, blast off, black jackdaws on his antlers, zero-faithers, warily fear his neighbors, someday we'll find a way to make these billionaires obey us, someday we'll earn a subdivision gaudier than “reprobates”, who sit around depressed and guess the order of the Tetris rain, with biblical misreckoning, son of surly Satan torn asunder, private number, public urination, we socialize with pundits who encompass all the wrong stuff, I count the bread quick, I got some walls up.

Tony Junior and Dimatik channel Eastern influences on new Smash The House release ‘Kangaskhan’

Known for his collaborations on tracks with NERVO and Steve Aoki and Tiësto, both of which have amassed over 10 million Spotify streams, Tony Junior is back with a brand new release with Dimatik, whose massive track ‘Punjabi’ with Timmy Trumpet has itself reached over 16 million listens. New single ‘Kangaskhan’ is a track which certainly shows off an eclectic range of influences and does not shy away from experimentation.

The track propels into action with a sturdy electronic kick, living up to its name with undeniable Eastern folksy influences showcased through foreign-tinged stringed elements. A fast and hard drop provides stark contrast, whilst the sounds of sitars and pipes creep into the mid-section, which is then built up by a synthy echo and given serious depth. The tempo is played with and elements are amalgamated in an interesting and unusual hardstyle combination.

CASPA / VIBRATIONS

   
Caspa, Londons' king of bass has once again  obliterated any and all expectation with his 10 track compilation 'Vibrations' .... The pioneer of bass has pulled us down the proverbial rabbit hole once again.  Heavy riffs ,weighty bass, methodical samples. This sound is to be believed in! Sound composition is not to be taken lightly. This is as heavy as it gets kids. I have read  comparisons to American dubstep but this is not that.... Beyond what most consider "bass music" Vibrations is a scientific dissection of sound anatomy.  The organic blue print of bass is here!  "Music is everywhere" Vibrations embodies this concept in every form. The distant sirens , a baby coughing. Metal dropping down stairs. Cosmic raindrops ....

 Robots stomping through drainpipes. Are they chasing you?   Vibrations is more of a feeling.  Feel me? Echos, drums, thundery bass. Diabolical sound waves premeditated and deliberate. One could say this is "intelligent music"  I certainly would not compare this album or Caspa to any "American " artist.  Never.  Most commonly associated with "Rusko" neither artists should ever be compared to American dubstep. American dubstep 'Ganja White Night' definitely have the ingredients for these methods. Aside from them specifically Caspas' sound is all it's own.

 'Get Higher' audio visual was the 1st to be featured here on the blog. This metaphorical feature was the perfect visual for this track. A futuristic cyberpunk look. Bass that quakes! Strong vocals, powerful riffs, melody. How does he do it?



 Drawing with sound. Emotion, power, strength all great words when describing Vibrations.  The proof is in the pudding. This London lad is selling out shows all over The United States Of America! Can you say "I told you so"  I have listened to debates on and on ... Dubstep is dead. Since 2014 people have barked Dubstep would never survive. Dubstep is surviving and thriving.... The numbers never lie. Caspa is shutting down venues.  2019 I predict will be even bigger. When it comes to Caspa promoters must take heed. Make sure you book him in a HUGE venue!!! Caspa has all the ingredients to continue selling out shows in  LA, BOSTON, NEW YORK & LONDON!

 A human instrument of sound. It's the nature of the beast. I find one track is never the same as another and simply not enough. We must have more. A more experimental sound has emerged. I truly live for the evolution of sound. Money cannot buy these experiences. Synth, keyboards, flutes, samples upon samples oh my!
