In 1999, the first edition of Ultra Beach Music Festival was hosted on the sands of Collins Park in Miami Beach. Far from the global powerhouse it is today, 20 years ago Ultra Music Festival was a small gathering of electronic music fans at the apex of the long-running Winter Music Conference.
