They say that words are like a virus, a code to our innermost programming, threading us together and tearing us apart with ruthless endeavor. The illustration of our world through the power of association, crossing space and time through the vibration of molecules that surround us and entering intimately through our ears, or through the valleys of our eyes - setting in motion sequences at a scale that reach far into our existence. Great armies have set upon one another, inspired to the darkness of bloodshed through the words of their leaders, rising up with power to protect those they love, or possessed and twisted by the lies of those in love with power. The media descend with ravenous hunger upon the minds of the weak, turning human beings into simple ideological vessels, machines that regurgitate the lies of the very people that feed on them. We have been sabotaged and infiltrated with a deadly code, one that turns humans into slaves, into killers, that divides and disconnects us to leave as at the mercy of bitter social surgeons and eats the very time of our existence. But we offer hope - they are the few, we are the many - the system relies on us to subjugate ourselves, to build our own chains under the pressure of cultural normality, and using the media’s scorn to discredit the very real alternatives that allow us to slip outside the system. We, the Fifth Column, flow invisible through this network, erasing the language malware that has infected untold numbers. Language from the heart connects us, words can free and inspire us, and the weight of the bass reminds us of our power. It’s time to eradicate and liberate.
