Diplo is finally getting his due! Diplo has worked so hard for a tremendous amount to get where he is today. I read online conversations and for the skeptics of  "commercial sound" the truth is everybody wants to be successful. The majority of musicians online that are considered popular underground only nurse Soundcloud and never put out video content. Most "old school" producers have no links up on their personal pages making content hard to find and impossible to follow. How were the newbies suppose to find the "old school '' sound if nobody was willing to pass the baton? The fact is Diplo is exactly where he is because of perseverance and hard work.

The Back Story -



This was made in conjunction with Tim Edgeler (Digital Triangle), Matt
Ralph (VJPlanetArm) and Andy Stentiford (Funktioncreep). The idea was to
use projection mapping techniques to create an immersive live
performance in a unique space. The venue chosen was an ancient lecture
theatre in a disused vet college in Edinburgh, complete with a drain in
the floor used when dissecting animals. The venue has now been taken
over by an arts collective, Summerhall.
