One half of iconic hip-hop duo Cool Kids, Chuck Inglish has produced for a wide range of superstars including Maroon 5, Kid Cudi, Mac Miller, Rick Ross and Chance The Rapper. “U Belong 2 Us” is the latest single from breakbeat pioneers Plump DJs. The London duo, made up of Lee Rous and Andy Gardner, have been producing and DJing since the late 90s, becoming well-known for their remixes for dance music legends like Fatboy Slim and Orbital. Although, the pair are equally adept at producing their own dancefloor hits and “U Belong 2 Us” is their biggest yet. Opening with an unashamedly radio-friendly melody, the track delivers on its unsettling title with a malevolent razor-edged synth riff backed by Juliette Ashby's commanding vocals.
Filmed on the steep hills of San Francisco, this video features breathtaking downhill skateboarding, accompanied by crisply produced drums, a pulsing bassline and deep melodic vocals from Dylan Germick.
